Letter To My Future Self

Dear Future Self,
Things in the world changed my freshman year, during the year of 2020. There was a virus that started plaguing millions of Americans, it was called The Corona Virus.  This virus spanned across the world.  Hundreds of thousands of people died from being exposed to this virus.  The Corona Virus had a big impact on everyones life because everyone was ordered to self quarantine. This meant I could no longer attend school, visit with friends, go out to eat, and many other inconveniences. I couldn't even go get my haircut.  My mom had to cut my hair herself several times. The worst thing that I experienced having to do with the Corona Virus was that all sports were canceled and all gyms were closed. My life for the past several weeks has been horrible. It has been horrible because I've had to do school work everyday and wake up by a certain time but did not get to go to my school and see my friends.   Many of the other schools have work assigned to them on Monday and it is due by Sunday. Another reason it has been very difficult, I have been stuck in the house having nothing to do besides schoolwork.  The only thing that has been good about the past two weeks, I have been going down to the marina with some of my new friends that I meet there. My mom has a boat, which does allow me to have some outside time.   My summer is going to involve me going to parties, hanging with my friends, going to the marina, and going on vacation to Florida.   I hope next year will hold sports resuming, dances, no more Corona Virus, and a full year in school.  I hope they find a cure to this horrible virus.

Mason Freburger 1/24/20 From Prehistory To Civilization 200,000 years ago a human species emerged in equatorial (central) Africa.  Earliest prehistoric age is the Paleolithic age also known as the (Old Stone Age ) Neolithic age is also called ( New Stone Age) Neo means new.  The difference between the Neolithic Age and the Paleolithic Age is that in the Neolithic Age the people learned how to plant, mine, harvest, make advanced tools, and hunt. In the Paleolithic Age the people did not know how to make or harvest anything.  Agricultural Revolution was also known as the Neolithic Revolution. The population increased so that meant that the surplus on food was high and their was more people that could go and gather food.  Men usually did the dirty work like hunting. Mason Freburger  3/25/20 Philip II - Philip II was known as Philip II of Spain because he was the King of Spain. He was born in May 21, 1527. He died in September 13, 1598. King Philip II was the King of the Spaniards from 1556–1598 and King of the Portuguese as Philip I from 1580–1598. Philip II was remembered for his success and failures. His Successes were that his army beat Ottomans so they were defeated in 1571.
